Checklist of informations needed when making a rate request

In order to accelerate the speed of your quotation, please furnish all correct information regarding your transport request.

First, choose the corresponding option of your request to get the correct list :

Road transport
  • Collection and delivery address or postal codes
  • Information about the goods: Number of packages, Measures (Length x Width x Height), Weight
  • Description  of the goods,
    if your goods are classified as dangerous goods, please inform safety information using MSDS forms (Material Safety Data Sheet)
  • Any extra information that could be useful?
    (Ex: Is the pallet stackable, or not? Do goods need to be refrigerated? ….. )
Sea transport
  • Collection address and Incoterm delivery place
  • Information about the goods: Number of packages, Measures (Length x Width x Height), Weight
  • Description of the goods (preferably in English, and the HS/ custom tariff code)
  • Any extra information that could be useful?
    (Ex: Is the pallet non-stackable, if your goods are classified as dangerous goods, please inform safety information using MSDS forms (Material Safety Data Sheet))
  • If it is a full container, are there any specific needs for unloading? (f.e side loader)
  • Is it a single shipment or regular traffic?
  • If it is a single shipment, any information about when the goods will be ready for transport?

Air Transport
  • Incoterm and Place of delivery
  • Information about the goods: Number of packages, Measures (Length x Width x Height), Weight
  • Description of the goods (preferably in English, and the HS/ custom tariff code)

Custom clearance services
  • Incoterms and Place of delivery
  • Description of the goods (preferably in English, and the HS/ custom tariff code)
  • Where is the good’s final-end destination?
  • Does the customer have their own customs account, if yes please announce it to our staff.
  • Does the Company have an active EORI?
  • Is it a single shipment or regular traffic?
